  Sony Media and Application Solutions Consumer Media Products Warranty Information
Sony Electronics Inc. or Sony of Canada Ltd. ("Sony") warrants your consumer or data media product ("Product") against defects in material or workmanship for its normal, useful life or for 90 days from the date of purchase. (See each product for the length of its warranty.) If Sony determines the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, Sony will replace the product at no charge or, at Sony's option, refund the purchase price shown on your receipt. To obtain warranty service in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, call 1-800-942-SONY (7669) or visit us at www.mediabysony.com.You may send your defective product, postage prepaid, to: Sony Warranty Center 4275 West Main Street Dothan, AL 36305 with a letter that includes your name, address and phone number and the problem you encountered. For warranty service in Canada, send the Product, postage prepaid, to Sony of Canada Ltd., Recording Media Group, 115 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, Ontario M2H 3R6 Canada. Please include a written description of the problem encountered.

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. SONY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ON THIS PRODUCT. Sony Electronics Inc. or Sony of Canada Ltd. ("Sony") warrants your professional media product ("Product") against defects in material or workmanship. For 90 days from the date of original purchase, Sony will replace the product at no charge or, at Sony's option, refund the purchase price shown on your receipt. To obtain warranty service in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, contact your Sony Authorized Dealer or your Sony Account Manager. For a referral, call 1-866-347-SONY (7669) or locate an Authorized Professional Media Dealer. For warranty service in Canada, send the Product, postage prepaid, to Sony of Canada Ltd., Recording Media Group, 115 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, Ontario M2H 3R6 Canada. Sony's warranty is for replacement only of media that proves to be defective in workmanship or material subject to the warranty period and any other conditions set forth on the package. Physically damaged media is not covered under warranty. Requests for refunds, or exchanges for other types of media, should be directed to the retailer.
