And when you identify yourself as a business customer, during Priority Business Customer Service hours, you are automatically transferred to the Priority Business Customer Service line and moved to the front of the line to speak directly with a Sony A+ certified technician.

    Call the Priority Business Customer Service line during the indicated hours and, as a business customer, be directly connected to a Sony A+ certified technician. Avoid going through the process of answering the prompts of an automated response system.
