Extended Warranty
Sony's Extended Limited Product Warranties extend the standard Sony Limited Product Warranty that each product comes with for an additional term, from the date of product purchase. The length of warranty extension varies according to the specific agreement purchased.
Extended Warranties cover parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship, including premature electrical/electronic and mechanical failure.
They do not extend the warranty of usage-based components (i.e. drum assemblies, LCD optical blocks, LCD panels) and do not include preventive maintenance. Extended Warranties are subject to all of the terms, conditions and limitations of Sony's standard Limited Product Warranties. Limitations and exclusions apply.

Sony's OTS program entitles business customers to the use of a loaner unit of comparable function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony. All shipping costs for the covered product and Loaner units are included. OTS coverage also includes toll-free phone support and technical assistance from the date of purchases throughout the OTS terms. Limitations and exclusions apply.
