For small-ticket transactions under $100,000: Once you submit your online credit application, a credit decision will be instantaneous - in less than a minute. The automated system will either provide an "Instant Approval" or it will create a "Pending File."
• Instant Approval: You are ready to proceed in acquiring and implementing your IT solution
• Pending File: A credit analyst will review your submitted file and make a decision within 24 hours

• For equipment costs less than $100,000: AEL will need only a credit application
• For equipment costs greater than $100,001: AEL will need a credit application plus three years of audited (or CPA reviewed) financial statements and the latest interim statements
Note: If your company is publicly traded, only your company name, cost and lease term will be required.
